Iβm Cesci West!
I am a Chicago-based board Certified Health Coach.
My passion is to empower women to make healthy lifestyle choices, motivating them to make lasting changes and feel their best, considering all aspects of life that can impact wellness such as relationships, spirituality, finances, physical activity and more.
I grew up in a small town named MΓ©rida, Venezuela. I started cooking at a very young age; When I was little I used to make desserts for my family's Restaurants (costumers used to love them!). I really enjoyed making them! It is still one of my favorite things.
Immigrating to the United States was a drastic change for me: Adapting to a big city, meeting new friends, having my family so far, not being able to speak the same language, food choices and others.
My Story
The first months I didn't understand the changes in my body, even emotional ones, and despite the fact that I have always been a person who eats healthy, I had to take more care of my diet and exercise better, especially when you're trying to keep up in a country like this.
Like many other women, Iβve struggled with digestive issues, overweight, acne, occasional pains, stress, anxiety and Iβve used food to make myself feel better.
Through my own experiences and struggles, I've learned how to live a life in a way that supports wellbeing.

In focusing on making small, simple, and sustainable changes, itβs about making progress over perfection.
Food changes everything, but your health is determined by much more than just the food you eat. You also must nourish the areas of your life that feed your soul.
Health is not "one-size-fits-all". Itβs about figuring out what works for you.
My Education
After the COVID-19 pandemic I decided to continue with my education and do something to help others improve their wellbeing.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York (IIN) as a Health Coach. More of 95 specialist and leaders in health and wellness provided me high-quality on a variety of topics, tools and knowledge that I needed to transform my personal health.
I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods.
I successfully completed The Emotional Eating Psychology Course and received a certification, where I learned to honor my body and trust it cues, how to deconstruct cravings and feelings associated with it and distinguish between emotional eating and eating disorders.
I apply all these coaching strategies with my clients, I guide them toward greater awareness around their eating behaviors and a more positive relationship with their bodies and food.
