I will never tell you what's "right" or "wrong, with my holistic approach I'll help you get more in tune with your body and be more mindful.

Remember: There is no "Quick fix" and "Healing takes time".

Studies have shown that it takes a little bit more than 2 months to form a new habit or behavior (66 days to be exact). A lot of people are often trying to create more than just one new habit, that's why I encourage my clients to work with me between 3 to 6 months depending on their needs, so they may achieve long-term health habits.

  • While dietitians focus on wholly diet and devise nutrition guidelines and plans from which the client has to work from, Health Coaches help clients to reach health goals, using a whole-person approach, taking into consideration the bigger picture of health beyond food alone. They spend more time with their clients, working to build a connection and trust to support lasting change in a person's life.

  • If you want to make healthy changes in your life this program is for you. If you do not want to change certain aspects of your life, you will waste your money. In order to get healthy, we must make changes where they are needed, and practice consistently everyday.

  • It depends. Some parts of well-being can improve rapidly, in as little as 2.5 months. Other parts require a longer time investment to get maximal results.
