Light Sangria

This sangria is perfect for any occasion
and season of the year

| Makes about: 3 servings | 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of red wine

  • ¼ cup of fresh orange juice

  • 1 bottle of tonic water (I personally like Schweppes) 

  • ¼ cup vodka (optional)

  • 2 single stevia packages (if you like it a little sweet)

  • Fresh fruit

  • A handful of ice.

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a large pitcher, I recommend tasting it before adding the stevia so you can have an idea how much sweetener you’re going to add.

  2. Let it chill for a few hours.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve over ice with chopped fruit of your choice.

  4. For the garnish, fresh mint leaves or fresh orange quarters.
