Two Ingredients Healthy Tortillas

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ⅔ cup  of water

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional) 

  • Pinch of salt or spices ( if desired)

Directions:

  1. Mix the cup of oats with the water in a bowl, stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Preheat a griddle on medium temperature  

  3. Add non-stick spray. pour some of the mix and spread well, let it brown on both sides.

  4. If you like tortillas well toasted, you can put them in the airfryer at 375 °F for 2 quick minutes, after cooking them in the griddle.

Voilà!  

Enjoy your tortillas with avocado, eggs, mozzarella cheese or any side of your preference!
